Translation work is generally quoted on the basis of page count. One standard page of translation is considered to have 1,800 characters including spaces. Prices are quoted on the basis of the source text. A page of less than 1,800 characters shall be charged as one page. Surcharges may apply for urgency or highly technical work.

No fixed quotation shall be given until all the source material has been provided by the Client with their clear ans complete instructions in writing.
